Captain McLean is a Master / OIM and Lead Auditor focused on the safety of crew and vessel, and on compliance with regulations, industry-safe practices and prudent seamanship. A dynamic and capable leader, he motivates and instills confidence in the crews and companies he audits.
Since 2013 he has owned and operated a worldwide ship and rig auditing service, specializing in ISM / ISPS, DP trials, pre-purchase and Safety at Sea audits.
